Chris Wootton, CHFC®
Owner, Principal, and Investment Adviser Representative
Chris is focused on helping clients work toward their retirement dreams through a well-thought-out financial strategy for retirement. He is the firm’s, Chief Investment Officer.
He got his start in the industry in 2002, accumulating experience in accounting, financial services, trading, and management in both the public and private sectors.
Chris is committed to ensuring the values, principles, and culture that have driven the firm for over 20 years are preserved for current and future clients alike.

Chris has passed the Series 65 (Uniform Registered Investment Adviser Law). He also holds life and health insurance licenses in Texas and has earned his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation. He has an accounting degree from the University of Houston.
A native Texan, Chris has been married to Gina for more than 20 years, and they have three children. In addition to being active in their church, Chris and his family love the outdoors and traveling. Chris has also served as a school board trustee and vice president to the New Caney Independent School District.

Dudley Lehmer
Investment Adviser Representative
Dudley likes to help clients create customized retirement income plans. Previously, he served as a vice president at JP Morgan, where he led Agency Fixed Income Trading and Canadian Fixed Income Trading. He also led the development of a risk management reporting project for JP Morgan Fixed Income Worldwide. After leaving JP Morgan, Dudley started an IT training company, and he has been actively involved in various asset management projects.
Dudley has passed the Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law) and 65 (Uniform Registered Investment Adviser Law) securities exams and is registered as an Investment Adviser Representative. He has a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of Missouri and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar and Loeb Rhoades Fellow.
Dudley and his wife enjoy spending time with their seven children and nine grandchildren. They also love to travel.

Christine Hobbs
Client Service Administrator
Christine brings four years of experience in customer service and advisory support, with a background in marketing and event planning. She holds a Texas Life and Health Insurance License and is preparing for the Series 65 exam as she works toward becoming an Investment Advisor Representative.
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Sam Houston State University and spent seven years as an elementary school teacher before transitioning into financial services. Her background in education strengthened the communication, organization, and relationship-building skills she now uses to support clients and her team.
Christine enjoys traveling, singing, reading, and leading a monthly book club. Most importantly, she cherishes spending time with her two wonderful children.

Thomas Breedlove
Associate Advisor
Thomas is passionate about helping families develop strong retirement plans and gain clarity around their financial future. He has a background in marketing and public speaking and has his insurance License and Series 65 registration. Thomas works closely with clients and seeks to build strategies centered on long-term stability and confidence.
Outside of work, Thomas enjoys spending time with his wife Taylor and their son, along with sports, writing, and serving at church.

Alicia Earnest
Client Service Administrator
Originally from France, Alicia is fluent in both French and English and brings more than 15 years of experience in the service industry to Wootton Financial, where she has been a dedicated team member for the past five years. She is known for her dependable, detail-oriented approach and her genuine passion for helping others succeed. Alicia values building meaningful connections and creating a welcoming experience for everyone she works with.
Alicia can often be found baking, getting lost in a good book, exploring new destinations through travel, and making the most of everyday moments with family and friends. She especially loves spending time with her husband of nearly 15 years and their four beloved dogs — three playful corgis and a loyal German Shepherd — who keep life entertaining and full of energy.
